On completing the following form, you shall be assigned a Channel Partner Reference (CPR) number, which you shall be using to approach to different organizations to promote the Innoplore solutions. Innoplore shall carefully recognize the CPR numbers, which the customers would refer to, in their future purchases of the following listed packages. Please refer to page 5 to view the offered packages, as well as your relative share (%) in the generated business. The ‘Check Out’ price is the price of subscription for a package that the customer pays, and you will receive the respective % of the relevant transactions. The channel partners shall receive 10% to 40% for different subscriptions, as indicated below on top of each of the four listed packages.
